Aaah...Spring Break...time to get away from Columbus for a few days! This year we were on our own, so we pulled out our "to do before we leave Ohio" list and compiled a few places we wanted to see. Because many of these places had baseball teams Nate would want to see, and baseball season isn't in full swing yet, we decided to check out a few other places. The first place we ventured.....
Niagara Falls/Buffalo New York
They say that Niagara Falls is one of the most romantic spots in America. Whoever "they" are did not go visit when it was freezing cold, windy, and with an almost 2 year old! Unfortunately for us, we did not have our passports, so we could not see the falls from the Canada side, but they were pretty amazing to see anyway! Also, none of the boat tours are going right now, so we missed out on that. Oh well, it'll be an excuse to hopefully go back one day!
The next day, we ventured to downtown Buffalo to check out the Anchor Bar, where buffalo wings were invented. It was quite tasty, I must say!
Then, off to Syracuse for the night for the next leg of our trip....but more of that will come with Spring Break '10.....Part 2. Stay tuned!

Wow, the falls looks beautiful, but cold. That's a really good idea that you have a list of cool places to visit. That will make for fun memories!
