Thank you USC. It just so happened that we were going to be out of town for the USC vs. Ohio State game. It just so happened that at the time USC and Ohio State were both extremely highly ranked. And it just so happened that these football tickets were going for lots of $$. So with the assistance of Craigslist, we took advantage and sold these tickets. With the money we made on this game, we were able to do some projects around the house we've been meaning to get to for a while. Here are a few of our changes....
Our 2 bathroom upstair had the grossest flooring, I couldn't stand it anymore!
So we got some fairly inexpensive flooring that changed the look of the bathrooms completely. I love the color!
Next on the list was our disgusting ceiling fan that looked like it was decades old.
And switched it out for one a little more modern
Continuing on with the lighting, we switched out all the hallway lights to something a little more modern as well

All the bathrooms had these hideous lights and the mirrors that were just slapped up on the wall, it all had to go
And lastly, for now anyway, we thought our bathroom needed a total change. We painted (it was a light gray color before this), put in the lights, the mirror, the floor, a new curved shower rod, and changed up the decor a little bit as well.
That's it for a little while. I have so many other projects on my list, many of which are painting! I will post our projects as we finish them. Thank you to my fabulous husband who has been so wonderful to take time from his school work to put a smile on my face....you are the best!
